Ciara Moore
Ciara Moore is the Founder and Owner of Calm Fertility Care, a clinic dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM). She is a certified Fertility Care Practitioner with FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management), specialising in the detailed tracking and interpretation of hormonal biomarkers across the ovulation cycle.
In addition to her fertility training, Ciara is a qualified phlebotomist, carrying out the clinical blood tests required as part of care at Calm Fertility Care, and has training in ultrasound technology to support comprehensive cycle and reproductive health assessment. She also holds a diploma (with distinction) in infrared light therapy and is a member of the International Institute of Restorative Reproductive Medicine [IIRRM].
Ciara brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work, having experienced and overcome infertility herself through RRM. She works closely with each client to understand their unique cycle patterns, offering education, guidance, and ongoing support, while collaborating with medical professionals to provide a truly integrated and personalised approach to care.

Calm Fertility Medical
A dedicated branch of Calm Fertility Care focused on reproductive health. Our service is jointly led by Ciara Moore, Fertility Care Practitioner, and Dr Andrew Cupples, an experienced GP with a special interest in Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM), women’s health, and the medical management of reproductive health and fertility. Using restorative reproductive medicine (RRM), our team is committed to enhancing natural fertility exclusively supporting married couples as they journey towards parenthood.
Our clinical practice is guided by Christian values and by the teachings of the Catholic and Reformed Protestant Churches. In line with this ethos, we provide fertility treatment exclusively to married couples, as the Church teaches that procreation should take place within the context of marriage. For this reason we are unable to offer fertility services to unmarried couples. Please be assured that this policy is not intended to be discriminatory or judgmental in any way. Rather, it reflects our commitment to remain faithful to our deeply held moral and religious principles, which shape the ethos and scope of our clinical practice. We fully respect that others may hold different beliefs, and we recognise the sensitivity and personal nature of fertility journeys.
