We specialise in the precise analysis of biomarkers throughout the ovulation cycle to identify any abnormalities that may impact fertility. Our service is jointly led by Ciara Moore, Fertility Care Practitioner, and Dr Andrew Cupples, an experienced GP with a special interest in Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM), women’s health, and the medical management of reproductive health and fertility.
Together, we provide thorough diagnosis and personalised medical management, supporting both female and male factor infertility, recurrent miscarriage, and a wide range of reproductive health concerns. Our approach is designed to guide and support our clients at every stage of life — from menarche through to menopause — ensuring each step of their journey is informed by sound medical insight and compassionate, individualised care.
Our Process
Phase 1 - Investigation
Our FEMM for Fertility Program focuses on tracking your hormones to to identify how they are affecting your reproductive system and how to interpret key biomarkers. This knowledge empowers our Medical Management along with you to actively participate in restoring your fertility health. Charting of your fertility cycle using the FEMM method is a crucial part of Restorative Reproductive Medicine. This includes timing for blood tests and ongoing support to optimise your treatment success.

Phase 2 - Discovery & Medical Management Consultations
Phase 2 of your care begins with two initial appointments, allowing us to take a thorough and personalised approach to your fertility journey.
You will first attend a Discovery Consultation with Ciara Moore, Fertility Care Practitioner. This is an opportunity for us to listen carefully to your story, review your health and fertility history, and begin to understand your individual cycle patterns. During this session, we will also offer initial guidance on lifestyle, recommend appropriate supplements or investigations, and outline the next steps in your care.
Following this, you will have a separate Medical Consultation with our Medical Management provider, Dr Andrew Cupples. At this stage, your charts and any test results will be reviewed in detail, and where appropriate, a personalised medical treatment plan will be developed to support your journey.
Together, this two-step approach ensures that your care is both comprehensive and individually tailored, combining detailed fertility awareness with sound medical insight.
Phase 3 - Comprehensive Treatment Plan
Includes five doctor consultations, ultrasound follicle tracking, unlimited use of the FEMM app and comprehensive treatment management: ongoing support via phone and email, analysis of tests, prescription adjustments, and two pregnancy scans.
Additional Services and Tests
Depending on your personalised treatment plan, additional services may include adrenal fatigue tests, DNA fragmentation test, male fertility blood tests, and various hormonal and pregnancy-related tests. A full price list will be provided as required.
